
Libya on Monday received a new batch of the Pfizer-Covid-19 vaccine, comprising one million and 178 thousand doses, with the support of the US government.
The shipment, which arrived at Mitiga Airport in Tripoli, was received by the Director of the National Center for Disease Control, Haider Al-Sayeh, and the US Ambassador to Libya, Richard Norland, in addition to the UNICEF representative in Libya, Lana Al-Wareikat.
The vaccine batch will undergo analysis and the required procedures before its distribution to vaccination centers, NCDC quoted Al-Sayeh as saying.

US Guidry Group has signed with Greek port construction company Archirodon Construction a Master Agreement for the design and construction of the $1.5 billion Susah Secure Port in Libya.
The new structure will be a multi-use port, will be the deepest water port in Libya; the first [PPP] port project to be undertaken in Libya.

On Wednesday Italian ambassador Giuseppe Buccino Grimaldi in Tripoli said the Libyan-Italian joint committee agreed on sending invitations to firms to take part at "Sector 4" tender for the Imsasd-Ras Ajdiar coastal road from Misrata to Ras Ajdair border crossing with Tunisia.
The Libyan Italian joint committee is committed to reaching an agreement with a coalition of firms handling the "sector 1" project from Imsaad to Al-Marj town in order to start work as soon as possible.
The implementation of the project is part of the compensations stipulated in the Libyan-Italian Friendship and Partnership Treaty signed in 2008.

Today, Mr. Ramadan Abu Janah met the French Ambassador Beatrice Duhlin. Mr. Abu Janah was appointed by PM Abdul Dbeibah as his replacement. Mr. Dbeibah will run for the presidential election on Dec.24th, 2021.

2021 LIBYA BUILD.
