
The Chairman of the Libyan-Turkish Business Council, Murtaza Karanfil, said Turkish exports to Libya has reached 2.44 billion dollars in 2021: a 64.9% increase from 2020.
The top exporting sectors were chemicals and products with $332 million, followed by the furniture, paper, and forestry products with $298.1 million, and jewelry with $281.8 million, while cereals, pulses, oilseeds products reached $251 million, and clothes with $246.5 million.
"Our trade volume might reach 10 billion dollars,” Karanfil said.
